Orders placed by 8:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the next business day. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States so you get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.

 

*Same Day Deliveries: Unfortunately, We do not do same day deliveries on Sundays

 to any boroughs


Note: The number of service days does not include order processing time, and applies to items shipping from our warehouse. Items with longer shipping times will be noted at Checkout.

We offer Standard, Priority (for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii), 2nd Day and Next Day shipping methods. 2nd Day and Next Day packages are shipped by UPS. If you select Standard Shipping, we are unable to offer you the ability to choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped. However, the carriers we use are UPS and the United States Postal Service. The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order.

UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday. 
Expedited shipping is available for most items shipping within the Continental United States. In the event that we are unable to expedite the shipping of your order, we will ship the order using the next fastest delivery option available. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email.

Delivery Rates and Times
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.

 

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us! Our return policy is simple. For your convenience, you can return merchandise to a NYCPET.com store or to NYCPET.com.

 

Returns to NYCPET.com Stores

Your local NYCPET.com store will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased through NYCPET.com within 31 days of the initial shipment date.

Exchanges can be made at any store. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your receipt. If you received an incorrect item from NYCPET.com, you must return the item to NYCPET.com for proper credit. Personalized products cannot be returned to a NYCPET.com store. Returns made after 31days will be issued as store credit.

 

Returns to NYCPET.com

For returns made within 31 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment method. For all returns made after 31 days of the initial shipment date.

To expedite your return, please ship item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to the following NYCPET.com warehouse:

Please allow 3-5 business days from merchandise receipt for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank. Personalized products cannot be returned, unless the result of a nycpet.com error.

 

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by NYCPET.com, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to NYCPET.com, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package.

 

If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from NYCPET.com.

For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). NYCPET.com is not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
